    About Shipping:

    We take great care in entering the weight of each item we carry, as well as keeping an accurate listing of price rates for the different shipping options. We use the total weight of items in your order combined with your zip code to calculate the shipping costs by each carrier for your individual order. All this is done automatically and shows you the shipping charge as you add items to your cart. 


    You will notice that if an order is over 5 lbs the USPS option is no longer available automatically. We can ship these orders by USPS, but just about all the time UPS is significantly cheaper, which is why USPS is not listed for larger orders.

    You may also notice that if your address is listed as a P.O. Box in your profile, your only shipping option is USPS, as no other carrier can ship to a P.O. box.

    International orders must go USPS because we can't automatically calculate UPS international rates very well. To many unknowns need to be manually looked up and calculated for every order, so we can't give a good cost estimate. Also, unfortunately, tracking numbers are not available for international orders. The only way to track them is by insuring the package, and we do not have the site set up to calculate international insurance costs just yet, but may be something we do in the future.

    About Security:

    Currently  we can accept payment with money orders (mailed to us), through PayPal.  You simply pick what items you want to order, and when you submit the order, it llets us know these are the items you wish to buy (submitting an order DOES NOT CHARGE YOU ANYTHING, it just notifies us what you intend to pay for). Then you can pay by mail PayPal .  If paying by mail, please inform us via email immediately. After submitting the order you are presented with a "Pay now" link to PayPal if you wish to pay right away. PayPal takes care of maintaining the secure connection and maintaining your financial privacy if you wish to pay by credit card or check on line, and free for you to use.

    The only information we maintain is your name, address, email address, phone number,  and login. NONE of this information is ever given to anyone (outside of a shipping company, which needs your name and address and phone number to deliver your order). The phone number is only to be used in case of an order problem or an email problem (either ours or yours).

Once an order leaves our facility, sale is final.

Returns are accepted only on goods damaged in transit.  We require documentation from the shipper (UPS or USPS) stating the package/items within were damaged/destroyed prior to your receipt on proper official forms.

If you wish a replacement, you must return  items (including packaging materials and shipping labels) at your own cost to us prior to a replacement order being sent.

We do not issue refunds. 

Once damaged items and packaging are received, we will issue a credit to your account  for the dollar amount you spend in shipping costs which may be used toward your next order and send you a replacement product.

We have no choice but to make this policy change due to dishonest people making claims of damages - when none exist.

Dishonored checks (received in the state of California) are subject to a $100 charge, or three times the amount of the check, whichever is greater.
